Why did you decide to become an attorney?
I have always enjoyed working and interacting with people, and I felt that the best way to express that interest was through the law. Couple that with my earnest desire to ensure that our Constitutional Rights are protected and preserved for future generations, my choice of profession was relatively easy to make.
What experiences (work and personal) help you to be a better attorney?
I learn something new everyday, and I often find that I receive that education through my clients, colleagues and staff. I have been blessed in my life to be surrounded by wonderful people, including my family, friends, clients and colleagues. I feel that I have become a better attorney and person through these experiences, and I continue to grow a little every day.
What made you choose your primary area of law?
A desire to ensure that our constitutional rights are protected and preserved. Our country is unique in the world and I want to be an integral part in making sure that it stays that way.
What makes your law firm unique?
I have practiced as a prosecutor, criminal defense attorney and civil trial lawyer, which has allowed me to analyze cases from different perspectives and to become a more well-rounded practitioner.
