I became a lawyer to represent individuals against insurance companies. As a law clerk for several lawyers with varying practice areas, I found Plaintiff's trial work to be my calling. It is exciting and challenging. I love my job and I believe it shows in the results I obtain for my clients.

I love to run, lift weights and dine out. I love to get away when I can with my wife to explore other areas in the country. West Virginia is my favorite place to go. I love the mountains and it is nice to go there since I am originally from the Huntington area.
I have been a member of the Big Brother/Big Sister Association of Franklin County since 1994. Last year, I was the Instructor for the Thomas Worthington high school trial advocacy team. We made it to the state semi finals.

Fees for injury law cases are charged on a contingency basis, meaning that legal fees will be deducted as a percentage of the financial award at the end of a case. No legal fees for injury cases will be collected unless money is awarded.
