Why did you decide to become an attorney?
It is a profession that exposes one to diverse subjects,people,places,and things. It is rarely boring.
What experiences (work and personal) help you to be a better attorney?
I have been fortunate to associate with great attorneys as partners,associates, and opponents. Further, I have been blessed with a loyal and competent staff.
What made you choose your primary area of law?
My first job out of law school was in the Ohio Attorney General's office ,Workers' Compensation section. I chose that section becasue it involved jury trials and appellate work. When I entered private practice, I was a general practitioner who emphasized workers' compensation. That part of the practice grew to the point where it became my primary focus.
What makes your law firm unique?
We are unique because we emphasize Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury. We distinguish ourselves from other firms because we handle complicated product liability cases that involve equipment,machines, and other materials that require a scientific backgrouund.
